Day One of post-marathon recovery. The race was AWESOME!!! David did a stellar job on his very first marathon. He finsihed in 4:23:58 even with shin splints and leg spasms. He pushed himself and finished! Nick was amazing and almost beat his PR by one minute. He finished in 3:29:56 and didn’t feel horrible afterwards [...]
